For contractors mobilising in Riyadh, BICC sources worker accommodation near your project, takes it through licensing where needed and runs it with our own camp teams — rooms, meals, laundry, buses and a camp boss, under one rate per person per day.
Housing chosen for your site and shift pattern, not wherever beds happen to be free.
We hold the licence and run the housing for the contract term.
From one building for a supervision team to a camp for a full workforce.
Riyadh has the Kingdom’s largest construction pipeline. Qiddiya, Diriyah, King Salman Park, King Salman International Airport, the Expo 2030 site and the industrial cities on the city’s edge all depend on large, mobilised workforces.
Good licensed beds near those sites are scarce, and the collective housing programme has made unlicensed villas a real risk. BICC works the other way round: we find a building or plot close to your project, bring it up to the group housing standards, license it and operate it for the length of your contract.
Since March 2026 the National Program for Developing Collective Housing has been pressing establishments with 20 or more workers to regularise their labour housing, through one of two routes: license the building on the Balady platform, or contract a provider whose housing is already licensed.
The group housing regulations published in August 2025 cap a room at ten residents with at least four square metres each, and set fire detection, first-aid and emergency-route requirements for every building.
Because BICC holds the licence and operates the housing, your company is contracting a licensed provider — the route the programme recognises — without managing a building itself.
Accommodation is quoted as one rate per person per day. It covers the bed, bedding, utilities, Wi-Fi, maintenance, cleaning of common areas, the camp boss and security.
Meals, laundry and transport are added to the same rate if you want them, so two quotations stay comparable and you receive one invoice a month.
Rates depend on location, room type, term and headcount; we quote them together with a move-in date.
Headcount, project location, room types, start date and term.
We propose housing near your site, agree the services with you and complete the licensing.
Workers move in on the agreed date, with a weekly occupancy report and one monthly invoice.
