BICC’s own licensed camps in Jubail house the crews who build, run and maintain Jubail Industrial City — furnished rooms, ISO 22000 kitchens, laundry, buses to site and a camp boss on duty day and night, all under one rate per person per day.
Licensed in BICC’s name and run by BICC camp bosses, never sublet.
Extra beds and crews for turnaround peaks, planned around your schedule.
Bed, utilities, cleaning and security per person per day; meals and transport optional.
Jubail Industrial City runs on contractors. Petrochemical plants, refineries, utilities and the support industries around them bring in maintenance crews, operators and shutdown teams all year, and the headcount can double for a six-week turnaround.
Contractors need beds that are licensed, close to the plants and ready on the day the work permit opens. BICC keeps camp capacity in Jubail, our home city, so we can house a standing crew on a long-term contract and absorb the peak when a shutdown starts.
Since March 2026 the National Program for Developing Collective Housing has been pressing establishments with 20 or more workers to regularise their labour housing, through one of two routes: license the building on the Balady platform, or contract a provider whose housing is already licensed.
The group housing regulations published in August 2025 cap a room at ten residents with at least four square metres each, and set fire detection, first-aid and emergency-route requirements for every building.
A BICC camp is the second route. The licence is in our name, the fire systems and records are ours to maintain, and when an inspector or your HSE manager arrives, our camp boss answers.
Accommodation is quoted as one rate per person per day. It covers the bed, bedding, utilities, Wi-Fi, maintenance, cleaning of common areas, the camp boss and security.
Meals, laundry and transport are added to the same rate if you want them, so two quotations stay comparable and you receive one invoice a month.
For shutdowns we quote the peak beds separately for the turnaround window, so you do not pay for empty rooms after the crews leave.
