BICC operates licensed worker accommodation in Yanbu for the contractors who build and maintain its refineries, petrochemical plants and port — furnished rooms, meals, laundry, buses to site and a camp boss on duty around the clock.
Licensed accommodation run by BICC’s own camp teams.
Housing sized for maintenance contracts and shutdown peaks.
A staging point for crews heading to coastal projects.
Yanbu Industrial City, run by the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, is the Red Sea twin of Jubail: refineries, petrochemical plants, a commercial and industrial port and the support industries around them, all working on maintenance and turnaround cycles.
Yanbu is smaller than Jubail and good camp capacity is limited, so contractors who arrive late often end up in unlicensed shared villas. BICC’s Yanbu accommodation gives you licensed beds, a kitchen and buses already running, with the same standards and reporting as our Jubail camps.
Since March 2026 the National Program for Developing Collective Housing has been pressing establishments with 20 or more workers to regularise their labour housing, through one of two routes: license the building on the Balady platform, or contract a provider whose housing is already licensed.
The group housing regulations published in August 2025 cap a room at ten residents with at least four square metres each, and set fire detection, first-aid and emergency-route requirements for every building.
Shared villas and apartments used to house several workers fall under the same group housing rules. Housing your crew in BICC’s licensed accommodation keeps the arrangement on the right side of an inspection.
Accommodation is quoted as one rate per person per day. It covers the bed, bedding, utilities, Wi-Fi, maintenance, cleaning of common areas, the camp boss and security.
Meals, laundry and transport are added to the same rate if you want them, so two quotations stay comparable and you receive one invoice a month.
Peak beds for a shutdown are quoted for the turnaround window only, alongside the standing crew’s long-term rate.
